Our concept for a new public library seeks to create an urban scale 'living room' for the community.

Residents are invited to study in a cylindrical, voluminous and light-filled space, which overlooks the reading room below.

A large native tree provides glimpses of greenery from within the spaces, whilst its canopy delivers shade to the rooftop terrace.
